MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
THE LANDER wants to make your stay an unforgettable experience.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances have forced you to change or cancel your trip.
So that you can make informed decisions and meet the deadlines inherent in these procedures, it is our duty to invite you to read the following regulations carefully.
Cancellation policy
When confirming your reservation, one or more rates, cancellation and payment policies are proposed and clearly displayed. You therefore accept the price and conditions displayed. Please note that the cancellation policy selected cannot be changed at a later date.
Whichever cancellation policy you choose, please note that we do not issue refunds for sums paid. For this reason, we offer you a choice of modification and cancellation policies:
- Non-refundable: you are required to pay the full amount of the reservation in order to confirm the booking. This amount is final and not subject to refund or modification.
- Flexible: a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required on confirmation of booking. The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
Reservations may be modified by THE LANDER at your request up to 30 days prior to arrival, subject to availability. Please note that THE LANDER reserves the right to refuse any request to change a reservation, without prejudice or obligation to justify its decision.
Any change of date accepted by THE LANDER and resulting in a price difference greater than that initially agreed will be charged to you.
In the event of a no-show and in the absence of any news from you within 48 hours of the agreed start of your stay, THE LANDER reserves the right to cancel your reservation without refund.
Please note that in accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, once the reservation has been confirmed, no right of withdrawal is possible.
Travel insurance
We strongly advise all our customers to take out a comprehensive travel insurance policy covering all unforeseen circumstances that could disrupt their trip. THE LANDER does not offer insurance directly, but please contact us if you need a travel receipt to file a claim with your insurer.
